Perfect getaway!

Had a nice stay for 2 nights. The location was great for visiting friends. Rooms were comfy, and the view from the balcony was awesome! There’s a restaurant nearby with tasty food and a cool wharf view. Only bummer was that the pool area felt a bit too warm and not very clean. Still, overall a good spot.

I had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the quick walk to The Southern Grind Coffee House and the fun dining options like Villaggio Grille just around the corner. the staff's friendly service really made my experience memorable.

The staff was friendly, going out of their way to greet us like family. My kids just lit up when Orlando brought us a goodie bag for their birthdays at breakfast.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know what, it was worth every cent.

springhill suites is located in a perfect spot with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. the rooms are spacious, featuring super comfy beds and pillows. my family really loved the pool. the breakfast was a hit, offering a variety of options. but the best part was the amazing staff—their kindness and help made our stay extra special!

Unexpected warmth at the pool

After a busy day, we lounged by the pool, enjoying the warm sunset while sipping drinks. The staff continually checked in, making us feel like old friends.

The hotel featured clean, spacious rooms with modern decor that made me feel right at home. The accessibility was excellent, with ramps and wide hallways, perfect for a senior like myself navigating around the property.

Better signage for breakfast hours would be helpful.

The room was super spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed. A nice balcony overlooking the marina. I loved the bright flat-screen TV and the coffee machine for my morning fix. The pool area felt like a spa with a huge hot tub. Breakfast had fresh options like croissants and delicious juices.

The breakfast featured local products and was excellent, setting a positive tone for our visit. While the facilities were impressively clean and well-maintained, we encountered issues with housekeeping, as we returned to find that our towels weren't replaced, and other amenities were lacking. Despite friendly staff and a great view from the balcony, the lack of attention to room cleanliness was disappointing.
